The Missionary Society of St. Paul (MSSP) was founded by Mgr.Giuseppe Depiro in 1910. Its Motherhouse dedicated to St. Agatha is in the centre of Rabat, Malta. The motherhouse is part of a large complex which also houses a secondary school for boys - Saint Paul's Missionary College, a sports complex; a youth centre which also acts as a meeting place for CAM youths and married couples. At Santa Venera (Malta) the Society, following Mgr. Giuseppe De Piro footsteps, is responsible for a boy's home called St. Joseph home.

The Missionary Society of St. Paul works amongst Maltese imigrants in Australia, the USA and Canada. More evidence of this missionary spirit is found in Peru' where members have been working for the last 30 years in a number of parishes and pastoral zones round Lima, Arequipa and in Aplao. The Society has also been present in Pakistan for these last fifteen years, working in Karachi, Lahore and Faisalabad. MSSP members also set up a new mission in the Philippines which attracts lots of people.
